Complaint System


At Ópticas Schilling, we are committed to always acting with strong ethical principles and the highest standards of compliance.

For this reason, we have implemented a Whistleblower Channel, designed to allow anyone to report, anonymously or identified, confidentially and in good faith, behaviors that violate our Code of Ethics or current legislation, such as:

  • Karin Law: Law No. 21.643 (Sexual Harassment, Labor Harassment, and Violence by Third Parties).
  • Economic Crimes Law: Laws No. 20.393, No. 21.595 and their amendments.
  • Others: Compliance with internal procedures, Code of Ethics and RIOHS.

This channel is managed by an external specialized provider, which ensures impartiality and confidentiality. All reports are reviewed and managed exclusively by the Compliance Officer and the People Management department of our organization, who ensure an ethical and transparent investigation process.

It is important to note that this channel is exclusively for reports related to the topics mentioned. For other inquiries or complaints, our Customer Service team is available to assist you.

With this Whistleblower Channel, we reinforce our commitment to ethics, regulatory compliance, and respect for our employees, clients, and partners.
